Call for applications to participate in the ARASA 2017 Annual Training of Trainers Programme on HIV, TB and Human Rights in Southern and East Africa
AIDS and Rights Alliance for Southern Africa (ARASA) is calling for applications to participate in a Training of Trainers Programme on HIV, TB and Human Rights, which would be comprised of the following combination of training workshops to be conducted in Johannesburg, South Africa on the following provisional dates:
- A five-day basic training of trainers workshop (22 – 26 Feb 2017)
- A five-day specialised training of trainers workshop on M&E for HIV, TB and Human Rights Advocacy (23 – 27 May 2017)
- A five-day specialised training of trainers workshop on Treatment Literacy (22 – 26 Aug 2017)
- A five-day advanced training of trainers workshop (7 – 11 Nov 2017)
The regional training programme will be offered to a maximum of 36 participants (2 from each country in the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC), as well as Uganda and Kenya), with a view to developing a pool of expertise on HIV, TB and human rights in the region.
