The Communities Delegation held a Strategy Retreat on the 10th & 11th November as a starting point to develop its Strategy 2017 – 2022 and a Theory of Change in Montreux, Switzerland, prior to the Global Fund 36th Board Meeting.
The Communities Delegation underwent an Independent Review of the current Strategy 2011 – 2016. This Strategy Retreat…
The Strategy Retreat included:
- Reviewing and understanding results and recommendations of the Independent Review of the Communities Delegation Strategy 2011- 2016; and
- Developing priority areas for the Communities Delegation Strategy 2017 – 2022 and the Theory of Change.
Going forward, the Communities Delegation intends to finalise its Strategy 2017 – 2022 after its Delegation Retreat in early March 2017, along with a Monitoring and Evaluation framework and workplan.
