Last Friday, the United Nations adopted the Sustainable Development Goals. The third goal focuses on “good health and well-being” and it includes ending the epidemics of AIDS, Tuberculosis and malaria by 2013.

The launch of these goals coincides with the start of the 5th Replenishment Process of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (Global Fund). As we know, the Global Fund has a critical role to play in reaching these targets and is undertaking research for its needs assessment, which will announce the target(s) after the 34th Global Fund Board Meeting by end November 2015.

This is the key moment to let the Global Fund know that we expect a bold and ambitious ask!

We therefore invite you to join us in calling on the Global Fund Board and its Executive Director to challenge donors with an ambitious funding request, so that the Global Fund and implementing countries can achieve the end of the epidemics.

Please click here and sign on before 6th October 2015.
