GNP+ invites you for an important discussion about the future of PEPFAR, the Global Fund and other key population-focused health and human rights initiatives funded by the U.S. government under the Trump Administration.

With less than 70 days left before the changing of the guard, speakers will take stock of the gains made in the global fight against HIV over the past eight years, and explain what we should collectively prepare for with the new political landscape within the White House and Congress.

Speakers will also address the impact that the Trump/Pence Administration may have on U.S. foreign aid investments into lifesaving HIV treatment, prevention and care programs; as well as the threats posed by radically conservative politicians on the health, safety and wellbeing of key populations and people living with HIV domestically and abroad.

Lastly, call participants will discuss efforts underway to strengthen civil society and build resistance from the ground up as we prepare for a long tough battle ahead.
